1. Increase circularity: Plastic products must be designed and processed in such a way that they can be recycled multiple times.

3. Strengthening “Closed Loop Recycling”: Recycled materials should be reused at the same value creation level whenever possible – e.g. bottle to bottle, not bottle to pipe.
